How bad must things suck for the left?

Iraqis, including Sunnis, are voting in droves for their freedom. The economy is booming. Joblessness is down, and employment is up. Home ownership is at an all-time high, especially among minorities. The stock market is hovering around 11,000 (nearly double what it was after the Sept. 11 attacks made the Dow plummet).

Sure, we have problems here in America. However, as a result of all of this good news, Bush's poll numbers (for those who care, since I admittedly don't) have climbed from the low 30's to the mid 40's and may continue this trend.

I ask you: aside from picking up a copy of a metropolitan daily fishwrap or watching the MSM, what's a lib gotta do to get some good ol' BAD NEWS for America? This much "good for America, therefore bad for the left" news must be disheartening for the Deaniacs and Sheehanistas.

UPDATE: 07:45 a.m. EST - Michelle Malkin has some links to moonbat reactions throughout the blogosphere that pretty much bolster my argument here.
