John F'ing Kerry responds to his Durbinesque analogy's fallout

John Frenchie Kerry responds to critics of his "American soldiers are terrorists" (I'm paraphrasing, folks) assertion on CBS' Face the Nation. Hat tip to the Political Teen for this graphic:

Wow. I wonder if the Boston Brahmin learned that gem of a debating skill while at Yale? He was pooped up last year as a master debater (not to be confused with a masturbator), a skill honed while at Yale. I gather his Yale debate instructor educated him on the technique that if anyone questions your own words, simply (a) remind them of something about you that everyone's heard a million times, regardless of said reminder's effectiveness or lack thereof (i.e. "decorated combat veteran"...did you folks realize he served in Vietnam?!?); and (b) insult said critics. These two techniques are rumored to make the debater look very presidential, despite the appearance of being immensely arrogant and beyond reproach.

Sure, I do that kind of stuff routinely here. That's part of my charm, I suppose! However, the last time I checked, I wasn't running for president any time soon. I'm thinking that this stupid comment just sank his battleship, and Her Highness Hillary must be happier than Al Zarqawi watching Howard Dean and John Kerry on Al Jazeera!

Finally, three quick notes:

(1) Isn't the irony just scrumptuous, that the left now has a problem with draft-dodgers though they giggled like pre-pubescent teenage girls at a Justin Timberlake concert when they had one of them there "draft-dodgers" (i.e. devoid of any military service of any kind) as their president?

(2) Last I saw, Rush had lost a bunch of weight and wasn't fat any more. Libs are still pretending that he is fat, though, as if (a) they can say nothing else about him; (b) one's weight somehow diminishes one's views, ideas, or words; and (c) Michael Moore and Ted Kennedy, who are morbidly obese, are somehow exempt from the "Na-na-na-na-boo-boo! You are fat! A fattie bumbalattie!" that libs throw out to Rush.

(3) "Neither ...know anything about how to make America safe. John Kerry..." thinks that the best way to make America safe is to liken its defenders to terrorists? I guess it goes back to (a) Winter Soldier and (b) not fighing Kerry's "more sensitive war" in Iraq. Thanks for clearing that up for us, Francois.
