That's the al-Reuters headline: "War, sex scandal sinking GOP in polls." My, doesn't it seem like just yesterday that the Clintonistas and their sycophants in the MSM were telling us that oral sex wasn't really sex? However, it is abundantly clear that sending e-mails and instant messages about oral sex now constitutes sex!

Summary: actually giving/receiving oral sex isn't technically "sex", but talking about or implying oral sex is indeed sex.
